Ordering and Shipping Info
While the COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact every aspect of our daily lives, we here at Ankara Crowns LLC are doing our best to continue to offer our products and ship them out to you in a timely fashion. We will continually update our product availability to ensure only items immediately available are presented for sale and shipped right away. We currently have not experienced any shipping delays and have found that small businesses like ours have been successfully processing and shipping out orders in a shorter timeframe than even many large retailers.
Please also note: Return Policy: We will not accept returns of any products purchased during, and for 30 days following the conclusion of the national state of emergency declared on March 1, 2020 in response to COVID-19. Thank you for understanding.

Due to their handmade nature, many of our offerings may exhibit minor variations and/or blemishes which do not affect the beauty or integrity of the items. Products and materials are sourced from locations worldwide and all items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are free of any major defects (i.e.; large rips, tears, holes, stains, discoloration,etc.).
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
During holidays and sales, please expect your order to be processed within 5 -7 business days as order volumes will be higher.
New York residents are subject to state and local taxes on non-clothing purchases (jewelry, beauty products, etc.).
Orders will be mailed ONLY to the shipping address entered at checkout and cannot be modified once your purchase has been complete. Please verify all information is correct prior to completing checkout.
Domestic (US) orders can choose USPS or UPS for delivery. International orders have the options of shipping via USPS, UPS or DHL. Buyer chooses upon checkout.
To defray costs, domestic orders that qualify for and choose free shipping will be sent via the most economical route and therefore with the carrier of our choosing.
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-21 days from ship date. Also note that some countries may charge an additional customs tax on imports; the customer is responsible for paying all imposed duties.
We are glad to refund any full-priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your on-line order. In order to initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
You must receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your items; items returned without this information will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping with the exception of merchandise received with major defects.
Returned items that received free shipping will have 15% of the order total deducted to cover shipping and handling costs we incurred to process your order.
Items that are returned due to refusal (return to sender) or are otherwise undeliverable while be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements as indicated above.
